Choosing a session

Session length

Online sessions are available for 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Longer appointments allow more time for background and discussion; a shorter appointment offers a more limited timeframe. Length alone does not determine suitability or treatment outcome. Please ask before booking if you are unsure.

Individual, couple or family?

The cards identify individual and couple/family options for in-person appointments. Before paying for an online session involving more than one person, confirm the appropriate arrangement through WhatsApp for online-session enquiries ↗.

When should I choose a package?

A package can be discussed once regular follow-up has been agreed. You do not need to buy a package to begin. Its fees and validity are listed in the card above.

For in-person sessions, contact the selected clinic on WhatsApp for scheduling, payment and changes. For online bookings, read the booking and cancellation policy ↗ and privacy policy ↗ before completing your booking.
